We're delighted to share that the warranty for the PWC-570 and PWC-570B Therapy Air Ion has been extended from 7 to 10 years.
Please be aware that this extended warranty is only applicable under the following conditions:
• Filters must be regularly replaced exclusively with original Zepter filters according to the manufacturer's recommended replacement period; otherwise, the warranty will be limited to 3 (three) years
• Filters must be replaced at least once a year
• Proof of purchase, for both the appliance and original Zepter filters, must be provided
• Proof of regular filter replacement, as outlined in the user manual, must be maintained
